Our Team
Robin Foutz
Executive Director & Ministry Leader-
Robin Foutz is the founder and Executive Director of Leap Community, a ministry devoted to equipping, discipling, and unifying the Church while creating spaces for people to encounter the life-changing presence of Jesus. Alongside her husband and ministry partner, Nate, Robin is passionate about seeing spiritual renewal take root throughout Appomattox and the surrounding region.
Robin and Nate moved to Appomattox in 2017 with a deep sense that God was calling them to invest in the community through prayer, service, and relationships. Since then, they have faithfully sought to follow His leading, believing that God desires to bring unity to His Church and draw people to Himself in powerful ways.
Married to the love of her life, Nate, Robin is the proud mother of three adult children. Their family's journey has been marked by both profound challenges and remarkable displays of God's faithfulness. When their youngest son, Elisha, was twelve years old, he suffered a traumatic brain injury after being struck by a car while riding his bicycle. Today, Elisha continues to require full-time care, yet his contagious joy and unwavering spirit serve as a daily reminder of God's grace and goodness.
Through every season of life, Robin has seen God's faithfulness firsthand. Her heart is to help others encounter Jesus, grow in authentic discipleship, and experience the transforming power of the Gospel. She believes the best days are ahead for Appomattox and is committed to seeing God move mightily throughout the community for generations to come.
